Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage Call Center Representatives.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage and coordinate sales representatives' schedules.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity goals are met.
• Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting quotas.
• Track key performance metrics and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.
