Applicants must be comfortable providing customer service over the phone while performing data entry and account maintenance.
Responsibilities include creating accounts, scheduling appointments for cleaning technicians, noting services to be performed (such as the number of rooms, square footage, spot cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or additional services), and making special notes from property owners regarding animals on site, furniture to be moved, gate or security codes, etc. The CSR will also collect payment information over the phone and make follow-up outbound calls to ensure the service met customer expectations and to make any necessary adjustments.
