Job description

A commercial and residential cleaning company is currently hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Remote work and overtime are available for evenings and weekends, but overtime is not required. The position offers full benefits after the successful completion of a probationary period.

The call center focuses on scheduling appointments for callers needing specialized carpet cleaning or upholstery services for residential or commercial properties. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting clients, and determining if they have used the services before by looking up location information or creating new accounts for properties. Applicants must be comfortable providing customer service over the phone while performing data entry and account maintenance.

Responsibilities include creating accounts, scheduling appointments for cleaning technicians, noting services to be performed (such as the number of rooms, square footage, spot cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or additional services), and making special notes from property owners regarding animals on site, furniture to be moved, gate or security codes, etc. The CSR will also collect payment information over the phone and make follow-up outbound calls to ensure the service met customer expectations and to make any necessary adjustments.
