Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners by phone and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Follow company scripts while adapting conversations to customer needs.
• Answer questions and handle objections professionally.
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM.
• Confirm appointments for canvassers and sales representatives.
• Answer inbound calls generated from marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment records.
• Perform quality control calls and data entry tasks.
