Job summary

Wynn Resorts is seeking a Reservations Sales & Marketing Agent located in Montgomery, AL. You will respond to guest inquiries in a professional, warm, and engaging manner, handling calls and guiding guests through room, dinner, and show reservations.

Responsibilities include inputting reservations in systems, providing confirmations, and conveying Wynn’s luxury standards. A minimum of one year in a high-volume call center and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and professional communication.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center.
• Proficient in MS Office; typing at least 30 WPM.

• Listening and documenting information accurately while on calls
• Handling reservations for amenities such as golf, spa and salon, or nightlife at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore as needed

Qualifications

• Adherence to all standards, policies and procedures specified for Wynn Las Vegas and the department
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that varies according to business needs
• Reading and communicating (writing and speaking) fluently and professionally in English
• Knowledge of languages additional to English is preferred
• Minimum of one year work experience in a high-volume call center
• Proficient in MS Office & able to type at least 30 WPM
• Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
