Salary range: $29,000.00-$35,000.00 annually, plus sales commissions, and an annual bonus of 5% of base pay.

This is a fully remote/work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with finding and purchasing Vyve products and services
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues with phone, internet, or cable services

The focus may vary between sales, billing, or customer support based on departmental needs. We seek individuals who can deliver high-quality service and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
