Ameritech Construction in Falls Church, VA is hiring for an outgoing appointment-setting role. You will engage prospects, schedule appointments, and support the sales team to grow our remodeling business.

We offer paid training, daily/weekly/monthly bonuses, health benefits, upward mobility, and opportunities to advance into management. Training Monday–Friday; some roles may include weekend shifts based on needs.

What We Are Looking For

Strong appointment setting skills

• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed
• MUST be responsible, reliable, and dependable
• Ability to produce outstanding results with little or no supervision
• Able to work alone, unsupervised
• Ability to stay calm, cool and collected in any scenario
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Events, Home Improvement, Sales, Customer Service, or Ride-Share Driver or delivery service experience a plus

Training Class will be held Monday - Friday. After training, New Hires will move to regular shift that may include weekends.
