Ameritech Construction in Falls Church, VA is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals for an appointment-setting role. You will be money-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with little supervision while building a rewarding career.

We offer extensive training, a guaranteed hourly rate plus daily, weekly, and monthly bonus plans, plus health benefits and growth opportunities. Training takes place Monday through Friday with potential weekend shifts after.

Qualifications

• Strong appointment setting skills.

• Responsible, reliable and dependable.
• Ability to work unsupervised and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in events, home improvement, sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend training class Monday to Friday.
• Move to regular shift after training, may include weekends.
• Generate qualified appointments and contribute to sales goals.
• Work with team to ensure customer satisfaction.
