Ameritech Construction in Falls Church, VA is seeking energetic individuals for appointment setting and sales support. You will engage customers, qualify leads, and drive opportunities for a growing remodeling company serving the DC metro area.

We offer an awesome guaranteed hourly rate plus daily, weekly, and monthly bonus plans, paid training, and health benefits. Top producers may work from home with rotating schedules and clear paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed.
• Must be responsible, reliable, and dependable.
• Ability to produce outstanding results with little or no supervision.
• Able to work alone, unsupervised.
• Ability to stay calm, cool and collected in any scenario.
• Events, Home Improvement, Sales, Customer Service, or Ride-Share Driver experience is a plus.
• Training Monday–Friday; weekend shifts may be required after training.
