Berkshire Hathaway GUARD is seeking a Claims Professional to manage post-settlement California workers' compensation liens. The role involves processing medical bills, updates, and related workflows, while resolving lien alerts and coordinating hearings.

You will negotiate with providers and lien claimants, collaborate with defense counsel, and assess cases to determine settlement or litigation approaches. Strong organization and independence are essential.

• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage litigation-related activities.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

Salary $24.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good‑faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.

This role may be based out of one of the following locations: Wilkes‑Barre, PA or Scottsdale, AZ.
