Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in student recruitment, outreach, sales or closely related field.
• Experience organizing in-person and online events such as job fairs or information sessions.
• Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person recruitment events and information sessions across assigned region.
• Coordinate event participation and outreach materials (flyers, etc.).
• Schedule and host information sessions to engage prospective students.
• Maintain knowledge of UMass Global programs to answer questions.
• Meet with external partners to plan recruitment activities.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with lead generation and engagement data.
