MIKE'S BIKES seeks an Assortment & Retail Experience Manager to own California stores' assortment, brand selection, and regional profitability. You’ll set store-level inventory targets, balance stock, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize SKUs based on sales history and local trends.

The role is hybrid—4 days in-store across California and 1 day remote or at the Novato HQ—with a focus on merchandising, vendor relations, training, and data-driven decisions to improve in-store experience

Formación

• Experience in merchandising and assortment planning for multi-store retail.
• Ability to set store inventory targets and balancing.
• Strong collaboration with vendors and store teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own seasonal assortment and brand decisions in collaboration with regional teams.
• Identify frontline consumer trends and potential new brands or products.
• Set store inventory levels, stock depth guidelines, and weekly allocations.
• Spot and resolve assortment gaps and monitor in-stock rates across stores.
• Own store-to-store transfers and inventory balancing within the region.
• Lead merchandising standards, floor sets, displays, and product launches.
• Train store staff on product knowledge and launches.
