Daymark Health Inc. seeks a Medical Director for California to serve as the senior clinical leader, setting the clinical vision and standard of care for cancer patients in the region.

You will partner with the Market Operations Leader to blend clinical excellence with operations and to advance a new model of value-based cancer care. You are a practicing oncologist with an active California license and will supervise clinicians, uphold policies, and build Daymark’s clinical program with providers

Formación

• Board-certified physician with active California medical license.
• Minimum 5 years oncology practice, including direct patient care.
• Experience leading or supervising clinical teams.
• Interest/experience in value-based and virtual/at-home cancer care.
• Familiarity with Oncology Care Model (OCM) or Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical vision and standard of care for California market.
• Uphold clinical policies and quality standards; face of the clinical program.
• Collaborate with Market Operations Leader; contribute to market KPIs.
• Supervise one to two market-based physicians; clinical activity up to 20%.
• Engage with health plan partners and oncology practices in CA.
