You must be an oncology-trained physician with palliative care grounding, able to manage clinical performance and partner with providers and health plans in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified medical doctor with oncology focus.
• Experience leading or supervising clinical teams.
• Strong grounding in palliative care and value-based cancer care.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daymark’s California care team from Los Angeles hub.
• Uphold clinical policy and quality standards with providers and payers.
• Oversee Medical Directors, Supportive Care, and Physicians across CA.
• Collaborate with national leadership to refine care models and programs.
