Consilio, in partnership with a national firm, seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead its California office in the Greater Los Angeles area. This non‑partnership‑track role combines active courtroom practice with building a new office, and initial leadership of 2–6 attorneys focused on automotive breach of warranty defense.

You will shape local practices, coordinate with national counsel, manage docket strategy, and recruit and mentor staff while delivering high‑quality work under tight

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing is required.
• Significant experience defending automotive breach of warranty, Song‑Beverly, Lemon Law, or related consumer warranty matters.
• Substantial California litigation experience with ownership of case strategy.

Aufgaben

• Manage an active California automotive breach of warranty docket including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Lead matters from initial assessment through resolution or trial; set strategy and supervise team.
• Develop practical case strategies balancing legal risk, client objectives, and cost.
• Serve as day‑to‑day client advisor with clear communication.
• Oversee quality and timely delivery of work; coordinate with national counsel and LPM professionals.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and business professionals on staffing and operations.
• Support future recruiting and growth of the California office.
