Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC, is seeking experienced Labor & Employment litigation contract attorneys to support a regional law firm. Ideal candidates will have experience handling California wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA matters, and will be comfortable managing matters through all phases of litigation.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based; California-based candidates preferred); Start: ASAP;Duration: initial 6‑month assignment with potential extension and possible direct-hire conversion.

• 12+ years of experience handling California wage and hour class action claims.

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Beacon Hill's client, a regional law firm, is seeking experienced Labor & Employment litigation contract attorneys to support its team. Ideal candidates will have experience handling California wage-and-hour class action claims and PAGA cases and will be comfortable managing matters through all phases of litigation.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based; California-based candidates preferred); active California bar license required.

Start: ASAP

Duration: Initial 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension and potential direct-hire conversion

Concurrent employment: May be considered

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week; reduced schedules may be considered for exceptional candidates

Pay: $100-$120/hour, depending on experience

• Experience with PAGA matters is strongly preferred
