Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking experienced Labor & Employment litigation contract attorneys to support its team for a regional law firm client. This remote, US-based role favors California bar licensed candidates with strong wage-and-hour class action and PAGA exposure.

Start ASAP for an initial 6-month assignment, with potential extension and possible direct-hire conversion. Up to 40 hours per week, pay range $100-$120/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• 12+ years of experience handling California wage and hour class action claims.
• Experience with PAGA matters is strongly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Beacon Hill's client, a regional law firm, is seeking experienced Labor & Employment litigation contract attorneys to support its team. Ideal candidates will have experience handling California wage-and-hour class action claims and PAGA cases and will be comfortable managing matters through all phases of litigation.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based; California-based candidates preferred); active California bar license required.

Start: ASAP

Duration: Initial 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension and potential direct-hire conversion

Concurrent employment: May be considered

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week; reduced schedules may be considered for exceptional candidates

Pay: $100-$120/hour, depending on experience
