Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group's client, a regional law firm, seeks experienced Labor & Employment contract attorneys to support its team. Ideal candidates will have California wage-and-hour class action and PAGA experience and manage matters through all phases of litigation. Location: Remote (U.S.-based; CA-based candidates preferred); active CA bar license required.

Start: ASAP. Duration: initial 6-month assignment with possible extension; potential direct-hire conversion.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• 12+ years handling California wage-and-hour class actions.
• Experience with PAGA matters strongly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Beacon Hill's client, a regional law firm, is seeking experienced Labor & Employment litigation contract attorneys to support its team. Ideal candidates will have experience handling California wage-and-hour class action claims and PAGA cases and will be comfortable managing matters through all phases of litigation.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based; California-based candidates preferred); active California bar license required.

Start: ASAP

Duration: Initial 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension and potential direct-hire conversion

Concurrent employment: May be considered

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week; reduced schedules may be considered for exceptional candidates

Pay: $100-$120/hour, depending on experience
