PSG, a Dover Corporation company, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with plant leadership in California. The role focuses on talent management, wage-and-hour compliance, and workforce analytics using Workday and ADP to optimize production workforce performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of federal and CA laws, and proficiency in Power BI and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• PHR-CA (Professional in Human Resources - California) or SPHR-CA highly preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Tracks and shares key site metrics including turnover, engagement, and headcount using Power BI tool to proactively address labor shortages and retention challenges.
• Manage and administer the Dover Employee Engagement Survey and Pulse surveys; develop action plans with managers.
• Lead strategic site projects focused on HR practices and plant efficiency.
• Manage employee relations for production supervisors and professional-level staff, fostering an open-door culture.
• Conduct objective HR investigations and lead Corrective Action processes on the floor.
• Oversee payroll closing in compliance with California Wage and Hour laws.
