You will shape state health care policy to support patient access, affordability and innovation, serving as the primary company representative to the California Legislature and Governor's Office, with responsibilities also in Hawaii. Qualifications

• 8+ years lobbying or government affairs experience.
• Strong knowledge of California politics and Medi-Cal.
• Proven ability to influence policy and engage lawmakers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute California and Hawaii government affairs strategies.
• Influence policy through education of legislators and state agencies.
• Build relationships with policymakers, regulatory and legal agencies.
• Translate complex policy topics into clear messages for senior leaders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure aligned advocacy.
