Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in labor and employment, strong knowledge of wage/hour laws, and trial experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and employment, including litigation and counsel work.
• Strong knowledge of California and federal employment laws.
• Experience defending class and collective actions, including PAGA claims.

Responsabilités

• Manage litigation tasks, perform legal research and drafting for class actions and single plaintiff cases.
• Draft and negotiate employment, termination/severance, and related agreements; advise on reductions in force.
• Provide day-to-day advice and counsel to a wide range of clients; comply with firm policies.
