Job summary

Working Families Party seeks a Digital Platforms and Content Manager to lead CA WFP’s public digital communications, social media, and design strategy during a growth phase. You will engage members, partners and candidates online, shaping branding and messaging across platforms.

The ideal candidate will grow online communities, understand visual design for movements, and break through online noise in 2026. Remote role with occasional travel within California for events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience managing organizational social media accounts with high visibility.
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Ability to produce polished visual content under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting across California WFP social media platforms.
• Draft and schedule social media content and coordinate with leadership.
• Create graphics for campaigns, endorsements, events, and rapid responses.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video content when needed.
