The ideal candidate will manage social channels, craft visuals, and support electoral priorities, with occasional travel within California. Remote work is possible with statewide coverage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience managing organizational social media accounts.
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Ability to produce polished visual content under tight deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills for digital materials.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced political setting.
• Located in California and available for occasional travel within the state.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting across California WFP social media platforms.
• Draft and schedule social media content and coordinate with leadership.
• Maintain branding and messaging consistency across platforms.
• Create graphics for campaigns, endorsements, events, and rapid response.
• Produce short motion graphics and digital assets from templates.
• Assist with digital communications and email graphics.
• Support endorsements, voter engagement, and event coverage during elections.
