Job summary

Alvéole is seeking a Territory Lead to guide our California market, coordinating beekeepers and delivering top-notch service to 185+ customers across San Francisco, LA, San Diego, and beyond. The role combines field leadership with relationship management and rapid problem-solving to grow our beekeeping and biodiversity programs.

You will travel regularly, manage dispatch and training, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning with Alvéole HQ across time zones.

Qualifications

• Hands-on beekeeping experience and a deep interest in each colony.
• Excellent public speaking and ability to distill complex ideas for clients.
• Field-ready, hands-on person who travels across California and leads workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own training, development and dispatching of beekeepers in urban beekeeping journeys.
• Own service delivery quality for upwards of 200 customers.
• Own customer relationships within your region with field beeks and support teams.
• Support growth of your region in customer base and service depth.
