Alvéole Field Operations seeks a Territory Lead to guide our California market, ensuring on‑the‑ground beekeeping service delivery for 185+ customers across San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and surrounding areas. You’ll coordinate local beekeepers, manage client relationships, and liaise with HQ to grow the program.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience keeping bees and a strong interest in every colony as a learning opportunity.
• Excellent communication skills to speak confidently to crowds and distill complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel, work in the field, and deliver workshops across California.

Responsibilities

• Own training, development and dispatching of beekeepers in urban beekeeping journeys.
• Own on-ground service delivery quality for 200+ customers.
• Own regional customer relationships with support from field beekeepers and customer support.
• Support regional growth through expanding services and engagement on site.
