Job summary

The WIKA Group is seeking a Calibration Technician to perform calibration of pressure and temperature measuring devices in a production cell. You will install, repair, maintain and adjust process instruments used to control and measure variables such as pressure, ensuring products meet specified accuracy.

You will participate in changeovers, troubleshoot calibration equipment, complete daily production logs, perform preventive maintenance, and support operators across shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required; typically via high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration of pressure and/or temperature measuring devices in a production cell.
• Install, repair, maintain and adjust process instruments used to control and measure variables (pressure, etc.).
• Make adjustments to meet product specifications and accuracy.
• Perform changeovers and assist in troubleshooting calibration equipment; reject non-calibratable product.
