Micro Precision Calibration Inc is seeking a detail-oriented technician to calibrate diverse test instruments across dimensional, industrial/mechanical, and temperature equipment. You will collect data, perform certifications, and maintain company standards under the Lab Manager’s guidance.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, US citizenship, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Requires US Citizenship.
• Experience in basic instrumentation and manual tools preferred.
• Basic mathematics understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Calibrate a variety of test instruments across Dimensional, Industrial/Mechanical, and Temperature Equipment.
• Perform standards maintenance and checking of company standards as assigned by Lab Manager.
• Collect calibration data and record information on data sheets; complete calibration certifications, including out of tolerance conditions.
• Continue to be trained in all aspects of Micro Precision Calibration Services and share knowledge with team members.
• Observe safety precautions and quality standards and comply with the company.
• Clearly communicate calibration issues and procedures with customers and coworkers on the phone, in person and via email.
