Job summary

Micro Precision seeks a Calibration Technician to maintain, test and calibrate a variety of instruments and equipment. You will ensure readings are accurate and comply with QM and internal regulations.

Responsibilities include calibration across electrical, dimensional, mechanical, temperature and RF/optical equipment, with travel to customer sites up to 25% for onsite work. Qualifications include a valid driver's license, basic knowledge of mechanical and dimensional equipment, instrumentation

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License required.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and dimensional equipment preferred.
Experience in basic instrumentation and manual tools preferred.
Basic mathematics understanding.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience using MS Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently or under supervision of Senior Technicians.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintain, test and calibrate a variety of instruments and equipment.
Ensure instruments, meters and test devices are calibrated correctly and provide accurate readings.
Comply with the Policy and Quality Manual and internal work regulations.
Calibrate instruments across electrical, dimensional, mechanical, temperature and RF/optical areas.
