Job summary

PCB Machining Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Calibration Technician in Depew, NY. You will perform basic electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests on PCB products under close supervision, following written procedures.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper ESD handling, documenting test steps, and notifying leadership if specifications are not met. The job requires safe operation of test equipment and maintaining a clean, orderly work area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pre-calibration testing such as transverse and time constants.
• Basic computer skills required for calibration software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical, mechanical and environmental tests and calibrations on PCB products.
• Follow ESD procedures per the ESD manual.
• Execute tests per written procedures; document steps and sign traveler.
• Verify products meet test/calibration specs and inform Leadership if not.
• Ensure test equipment calibration stickers are current; report expirations.
• Maintain clean, safe work area; adhere to safety rules.
• Perform other duties to support department and PCB operations.
