Job summary

Zoetis Lincoln is seeking a detail-focused Calibration Technician to perform calibrations across a wide range of equipment, using standards for pressure, temperature, flow, and conductivity. The role requires adherence to cGMP and related documentation in SAP CMMS and SOPs. Prior calibrations in regulated manufacturing are preferred.

Hours are 1st shift, with overtime, weekends, and holidays possible. Candidates should have a technical aptitude and a high school diploma or GED; an Associate

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• A technical aptitude.
• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical preferred.
• Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing preferred.
• Previous calibration experience is highly preferred.
• Regulated (FDA, USDA) or GMP-industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations on a wide variety of equipment using calibration standards for pressure, temperature, flow, conductivity and other functions.
• Competently operate calibration standards, hand and power tools.
• Assist with filter certification, troubleshooting and repairing equipment; perform preventative/predictive maintenance.
• Adhere to cGMP and complete paperwork (work orders, SOPs, SAP CMMS, equipment logbooks).
• May assist with hazardous waste handling/training and related tasks.
