Job summary

Accredited Labs in Morristown, TN is seeking a Calibration Lab Technician to join our team. You will calibrate a wide range of measuring devices in our on-site facility, following established procedures and ISO 17025, while delivering professional client communication from the first touch point through project completion.

The role welcomes candidates from mechanical or technical backgrounds, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly.
• Experience in a technical or mechanical position is preferred but training will be provided.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations in our shop
• Perform calibrations in accordance with ISO 17025
• Calibrate equipment across varied devices per procedures
• Maintain calibration records and documentation
• Interact with customers and provide updates throughout the project
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
