Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Calibration Technician responsible for maintaining, testing, and calibrating a variety of tools, equipment, and instruments. You will input assets into our proprietary system and ensure calibrations are accurate.

The role requires a valid driver's license, knowledge of mechanical and dimensional equipment, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We expect attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn; pay is commensurate with

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Mechanical and dimensional equipment knowledge.
• Experience with basic instrumentation and manual tools.
• Basic mathematics understanding.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• QuickBooks experience a plus.
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to work independently or under supervision.
• Ability to lift and manipulate 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, test, and calibrate a variety of tools, equipment, and instruments.
• Ensure assets are properly input into the proprietary system and calibrated correctly.
• Perform accurate readings.
• Comply with industry standards, company policies, and quality controls.
• Calibrate assets across multiple skill areas: Electrical Equipment, Dimensional Equipment, Industrial/Mechanical Equipment, Temperature Equipment, Torque Tools, Chain Hoists.

Ensures that all assets are properly input into the proprietary system and calibrated correctly. Performs accurate readings. Comply with all industry standards, company policies, and quality controls. Responsibility for calibrating a wide range of assets for one or more skill areas, such as:

• Electrical Equipment
• Dimensional Equipment
• Industrial/Mechanical Equipment
• Temperature Equipment
• Torque Tools
• Chain Hoists

A successful candidate will have the following:

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic Knowledge of Mechanical and Dimensional Equipment
• Experience in basic instrumentation and manual tools
• Basic understanding of mathematics
• High level of personal standards
• Attention to detail
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in MS Office programs (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work and thrive both independently and under supervision
• Ability to lift and manipulate 50 lbs without assistance
• Eager and willing to learn.
