Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Calibration Technician II in Chandler, AZ, to ensure accuracy and traceability of measurement and test equipment across manufacturing and test operations. You will perform routine to moderately complex calibration using established procedures, tools, and reference standards, aligning with ISO/IEC 17025.

You will work 60% in the tool room and 40% in production/test areas, on-site with no routine travel, and collaborate with quality teams to reduce calibration backlogs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4–7 years calibration/metrology or test-equipment experience.
• Associate degree in engineering technology with 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with electronic calibration, especially multimeters.
• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 principles or equivalent calibration quality practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calibration tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, verification, inspection, and certification of measurement equipment.
• Calibrate equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and temperature/humidity devices.
• Work in tool room and production areas; support access to calibrated tooling.
• Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Maintain calibration records, certificates, and traceability.
• Coordinate shipment and receipt of equipment to external vendors.
• Support continuous improvement of tool-room organization and inventory.
