SIMCO Electronics in Kentucky is seeking a Calibration Technician B to apply measurement science and calibrate a wide range of equipment across disciplines to ensure accuracy. You will follow procedures and report findings in routine tasks.

The role involves maintaining standards, performing basic repairs, collecting data, and preparing certificates. Travel to customer sites may occur; strong math, communication, and team skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Calibrate equipment in various disciplines to published specs.
• Maintain secondary/calibration standards.

• Identify and correct measurement errors.
• Prepare calibration reports and certificates.
• Train subordinates in calibration concepts.
• Interact with customers and account managers.
