Job summary

SIMCO Electronics is seeking a Calibration Technician C to calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment across acoustical, chemical, dimensional, and other disciplines to ensure measurement accuracy. The role requires applying measurement procedures and working with various standards in a lab environment.

The candidate will perform maintenance, develop procedures, collect data, and generate calibration reports while collaborating with teammates and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform general math and algebra functions.
• Understanding of basic statistics.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate IM&TE in multiple disciplines to published specs.
• Maintain primary/secondary calibration standards.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of precision equipment.
• Develop calibration procedures from blueprints and specs.
• Prepare calibration reports and certificates.
