Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation in Englewood, CO seeks a Calibration Technician II to perform advanced calibration tasks, maintain records, and ensure ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance on the production floor. You will manage Tool Registry, generate calibration recall reports, coordinate with vendors for quotes and RMAs, initiate IPRs, and prepare MTE for calibration while upholding 5S, FOD, and ESD practices.

Strong organizational skills required for independent or team work, with growth within aerospace

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Ability to generate calibration recall reports.
• Ability to initiate IPRs for calibration services.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced calibration tasks and maintain records.
• Maintain Tool Registry and calibration recall reports.
• Gather and stage MTE for calibration.
• Coordinate with calibration vendors for quotes and RMAs.
• Initiate IPRs for calibration services.
• Review returning calibrated MTE for accuracy.
• Create identifications for cables, MTE, and equipment.
• Support 5S, FOD, and ESD compliance.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance.
