Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Calibration Technician II to perform calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation for a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. The role supports safe and efficient operations across process, laboratory, and utility equipment.

Associate degree in instrumentation or related field and 2–3 years of calibration experience are preferred. Strong CMMS and documentation skills are essential for ensuring compliance and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years calibration/instrumentation experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process, utility, laboratory instrumentation.
• Familiarity with GMP documentation and data integrity standards.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate process, utility, laboratory and manufacturing instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow, pH, etc.).
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration work orders per approved procedures and schedules.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support installation, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
• Maintain calibration documentation and records per GMP and data integrity standards.
• Complete and review work orders in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Facilities to resolve issues and maintain operation.
