Responsibilities

• Calibrate weighing equipment at customer sites, including clean-room and outdoor environments.
• Repair scales and balances using mechanical and electronic troubleshooting.
• Install equipment sold by Precision Solutions, including scales and printers.
• Respond to emergency scale and balance repair requests, including nights/weekends.
• Maintain service data accurately in the service order system; attend trainings as required.
