Responsibilities

• Coordinating logistics with calibration technicians
• Data entry
• Answer/direct phone calls; take messages to assist managers
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates
• Schedule appointments and manage receipt of equipment from multiple customers
• Utilize in‑house designed software to track client data and equipment
• Effectively manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn other programs and software used by the company
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances)
