Job summary

TSMC Phoenix facility seeks a calibration technician to manage offline tool recalls, maintain recall systems, and audit gauges and meters. You will collaborate with engineering and vendors to ensure accurate calibration records and certificates.

Requires an associates degree or higher preferred, good communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills; Excel macros are a plus. On-site work in Phoenix, AZ; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and teamwork with interpersonal skills.
• Willing to take assignments from various departments.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Overtime may be required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Familiar with Excel functions and/or macros is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage offline tool recalls for calibration.
• Maintain Recall system, review calibration reports and record keeping.
• Audit calibration stickers for gauges and meters.
• May need to work with 3rd party calibration vendors for offline tool calibration and obtain certificates.
• Review and approve QC wafer retargets.
• Assist engineer to handle X-Fab metrology tool matching activities.
• Keep work place neat, safe & clean.
