Job summary

TSMC is seeking a hands-on technician to manage offline tool recalls and calibration records at our Phoenix facility. You will audit gauges, liaise with vendors, and support engineers with metrology tool matching activities.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or higher, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and teamwork with interpersonal skills.
• Willing to take new assignments from various departments.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Overtime may be required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Familiar with Excel functions and/or macros is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage offline tool recalls for calibration (gauges and meters).
• Maintain Recall system, review calibration reports, and record keeping.
• Audit calibration stickers for gauges and meters.
• Coordinate with 3rd party calibration vendors for offline tool calibration and certificates.
• Review and approve QC wafer retargets.
• Assist engineer with X-Fab metrology tool matching activities.
• Keep workplace neat, safe and clean.
