Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 7+ years in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• AA/AS/AS or trade certificate preferred with 5+ years related work experience.
• Experience maintaining high-performance pharmaceutical packaging lines.
• Organize and solve complex problems with ingenuity and drive.
• Proficient in using AI and other digital tools to solve complex challenges.
• Familiarity with cGMPs, Health Authority regulations, and Quality Systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead calibration activities on GMP assets and support metrology program at the site.
• Provide training, coaching and mentorship to calibration staff.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, SOPs, and use basic computer tools.
• Support master data in SAP S4/HANA and Quality Records management.
• Work in controlled environments with aseptic processing principles.
