Job summary

ZEISS in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Calibration and Inventory Specialist to coordinate calibration, maintenance, inventory control and record management of Measurement and Test Equipment used across the organization.

You will work with internal customers, calibration providers and equipment suppliers to maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 compliance, support process improvements and ensure equipment is properly identified and ready for use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard work activities that support calibration recall events.
• Maintain the gage calibration system and ensure MT&E information is entered accurately and on time.
• Support inventory control activities for MT&E and related accessories.
• Support design and implementation of equipment protection measures.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Provide data and support to internal customers for retrieving equipment records.
• Ensure MT&E and related accessories are properly identified, complete, and ready for use.
