Job summary

QuinStar Technology, Inc. is seeking a calibration technician to perform calibrations, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical metrology equipment.

You will maintain calibration records, conduct vibration testing, and manage the ESD control plan in a laboratory setting. The ideal candidate has at least two years of MTE calibration experience and a solid understanding of calibration principles and electrical theory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating and calibrating mechanical, electrical, and RF/microwave MTE.
• Knowledge of calibration principles and electrical theory.
• Must meet U.S. export control requirements as a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations and verification measurements on Metrology & Test Equipment (MTE).
• Maintain MTE inventory and calibration history database.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components using soldering skills.
• Coordinate service with external providers for calibration and repair.
• Conduct vibration testing and manage ESD controls and lab safety.
