Job summary
Mesa Labs is seeking a Calibration Technician in Bozeman, MT to independently perform calibration, verification, testing, and adjustment of analytical equipment used in laboratory and manufacturing settings. You will also conduct minor repairs and troubleshooting, maintain calibration logs, and support qualification activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Minimum 2–4 years in calibration or metrology; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Metrology, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of experience in calibration, instrumentation, metrology, validation, or regulated laboratory/manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate, verify, test, and adjust analytical equipment used in lab and manufacturing settings.
- Perform minor repairs, component replacements, and basic circuit-level troubleshooting; escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain calibration logs and ensure ISO 17025, FDA, GMP compliance.
- Support equipment qualification and validation activities; assist with documentation.
