Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience is required.
• 0-1 years' previous work experience in calibration or metrology in an FDA regulated industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Reviews calibration work orders and certificates for compliance to instructions and verifies that specifications have been met.
• Participates in calibration-related continuous improvement projects.
• Assists in creating and updating calibration instructions for individual equipment based on the range and tolerance required.
• Initiates and assists with completing Out Of Tolerance (OOT) Reports for failed calibrations.
• Performs and documents equipment configuration verifications per established schedules and procedures.
• Initiates and assists with completing Configuration Verification Incident Reports (CVIR) for failed configuration verifications.
• Maintains equipment calibration (including OOTs) and configuration verification status (including CVIRs) in BMRAM.
• Reviews configuration verification reports executed by other personnel.
• Assists with other related tasks as needed.
