Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in participant services or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multi-site or partner-based programs.

• Coordinate day-to-day participant activities and CCWP operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to participants.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and progress toward goals.
• Maintain participant records and documentation in required systems.
