You will manage close cycles, drive insightful analyses, and partner with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize results.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel/HFM skills, and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in financial reporting, cost accounting, internal controls and procedures, and/or project management.
• 2+ years’ experience managing teams (remote setup preferred).
• Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a differentiator.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; experience with financial models and scenario planning; Excel/PowerPoint; leadership.”],

Responsibilities

• Lead development, enhancement, and execution of financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare analyses: income statement, working capital metrics, Capex, key drivers; provide recommendations.
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls across CALA.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, contracts, investments, and risk management.
