Abbott Laboratories seeks a Finance Manager CALA to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the CALA region within Structural Heart. You will manage close cycles, drive insightful analyses, and partner with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize results.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel/HFM skills, and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
5+ years’ experience in financial reporting, cost accounting, internal controls and procedures, and/or project management.
2+ years’ experience managing teams (remote setup preferred).
Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a differentiator.
Strong analytical and critical thinking; experience with financial models and scenario planning; Excel/PowerPoint; leadership.”],

Lead development, enhancement, and execution of financial planning and forecasting processes.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare analyses: income statement, working capital metrics, Capex, key drivers; provide recommendations.
Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls across CALA.
Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, contracts, investments, and risk management.
