Job summary

Hustler Casino in Gardena, CA, is seeking a dedicated table games dealer to maintain game integrity while delivering excellent customer service to patrons. The role requires clear English communication, availability to work any shift, and prior Cal-Games/table games experience.

Qualifications

• Cal-Games/Table Games experience in a casino/cardroom (2+ yrs preferred).
• Must be able to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet customers in a friendly, warm, and courteous manner.
• Ensure that dealers are following proper procedure and are obtaining the correct collection.
• Watch for crowds or multiple backline bettors and help determine if a new table needs to be opened.
• Report to the Shift Manager any problems, unusual or suspicious activities.
• Ensure that correct and accurate gaming decisions are made according to the company policies.
• Never indicate that tips, “tokes”, or gratuities are expected for service.
• Ensure the service and cleanliness of the designated area.
• Start and break games properly by providing correct table documentation.
• Be up to date on all rules, procedures, and gaming promotions pertaining to your section.
• Attend meetings on time and in full uniform ready to work.
• Ensure that cash transactions that meet our MTL thresholds are recorded promptly and accurately in the MTL log.
• Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Shift Manager.
