Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Catering and Sales Specialist to drive cold outreach, build community relationships, and generate recurring monthly orders with offices, schools, and local businesses.

You will visit target organizations, deliver tasty samples to spark conversations, and set up recurring programs that create dependable revenue streams while representing the brand with warmth and integrity in the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and community relationships.
• Ability to carry samples and visit offices.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to be on the move daily.
• Strong communication and follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in the field: identify and visit target organizations within assigned areas.
• Deliver "Bites of Joy" samples to spark conversations and create immediate goodwill.
• Collect orders for future delivery (individual and office orders).
• Set up recurring programs (monthly Bundtini/Bundtlet drops, celebration calendars, standing orders).
• Develop strategic partnerships (HR managers, office admins, principals, executive assistants, community leaders).
• Identify big moments: holidays, client gifts, employee appreciation, onboarding, seasonal celebrations.
• Track relationships and follow-up: consistent touchpoints that turn first orders into habitual ones.
• Represent the brand in the community with warmth, professionalism, and integrity.
