• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and varied day/night shifts.
• Food & beverage experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes and cookies with artistic precision and creativity.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and bake cookies and pretzels following company protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stock food items and paper products as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced setting.
